Ed and his team were a real asset to have on our side throughout the whole process. He was up front, no-nonsense, and always on our side. He told us exactly what to change and what not to change before our house hit the market, which was a real time and money saver. We thought we should change flooring and some other modifications before the house went on the market but Ed advised, and correctly, that what we thought we needed was not going to make the sale of our house any faster or more profitable.
